How to apply the Sole Protectors

1. Trace. Lay the film against your outsole and mark the shape.
2. Cut. Cut along your outline with sharp, heavy-duty scissors.
3. Heat. Heat is recommended for best results. A few seconds with a hair dryer softens the film so it conforms to the curve of the sole and bonds properly. Applying it cold is the most common reason a set does not stick well.
4. Apply and press. Peel the backing, press onto a clean, dry sole, and work outward from the centre so the edges seat firmly.

To remove, lift one edge and peel slowly.

How to use the Shields

Slide a shield into the toe box of a clean, dry shoe with the notches facing out toward the big toe and pinky toe. It sits completely inside the shoe and does not change how your sneakers look from the outside. Trim if needed — Armor's extra-rigid material may require heavy-duty scissors.

Choose Flex for maximum comfort, natural movement, dress shoes, boots and tight-fitting footwear. Choose Armor for extra-rigid support and maximum crease protection in structured sneakers. With this pack you get both, so you always have the right model for the pair you are wearing.

• Small — Men's 6–9 / Women's 7–10
• Medium — Men's 9.5–12 / Women's 10.5–13

Sizing applies to the Flex and Armor Shields. The Sole Protector film is one size and trims to fit.
