Send your order number and one line about what didn't work to support@creaseprotectors.com. A real person replies within one business day.
STEP 3
We pay the shipping. You get your money.
We email you a prepaid return label — you never pay a cent to send them back. Your refund goes to your original payment method within 3 business days of it arriving.
What "nothing to lose" actually means
Every reason people hesitate, handled:

✓ You don't need the packaging. We ship without retail boxes on purpose, so there's nothing to save or hunt down later.

The fine print, in plain English
No surprises buried anywhere. This is the whole list:
- You've got 30 days from delivery to start a claim.
- Multi-packs come back complete to qualify.
- Don't cut or trim them if you think you might return them — modified shields can't be accepted.
- One guarantee claim per customer.
- Applies to orders placed on creaseprotectors.com. For marketplace orders, use that marketplace's return process.
