These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the Crease Protectors text-messaging program (the "Program") operated by Crease Protectors LLC ("Crease Protectors," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
The Program sends recurring automated marketing and promotional messages (such as product drops, restocks, sales, discount codes, and cart reminders) and transactional messages (such as order confirmations and shipping updates) via SMS/MMS to the mobile number you provide.
2. Consent / How You Opt In
You enroll by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our sign-up form, pop-up, or checkout. The consent box is optional and is not pre-checked. Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing SMS/MMS messages from Crease Protectors at the number provided, and you confirm you are the account holder or have authorization to enroll that number.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. Crease Protectors is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.
5. How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will no longer receive marketing texts. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@creaseprotectors.com.
6. Supported Carriers and Carrier Disclaimer
The Program may be available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider and is not guaranteed.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
8. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Your continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
