Limited One-Year Warranty

Effective date: September 5, 2026

Warrantor: Crease Protectors LLC, a Texas limited liability company, 8700 Stonebrook Parkway, P.O. Box 2192, Frisco, Texas 75034, United States (“Crease Protectors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Who is covered

This Limited One-Year Warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser of a covered product bought directly from CreaseProtectors.com for personal, family, or household use. It is not transferable. It does not cover products bought for resale or products purchased from a third-party seller, marketplace, or reseller.

2. Covered products

This warranty covers genuine:

Ultimate Flex SHIELDS®;
Ultimate Armor SHIELDS®; and
Flex + Armor Combo Packs.

Coverage applies to covered products sold as single pairs, 2-pair packs, 10-pair packs, or Flex + Armor combinations.

3. What is covered

For one year from the date of delivery, we warrant that a covered shield will not crack during normal use inside footwear within the product’s stated size range.

“Crack” means a visible fracture, split, or break through the body of the shield. Correct trimming only along marked trim lines and in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product does not, by itself, void this warranty.

4. What is not covered

This warranty does not cover:

damage caused by cutting outside marked trim lines, puncturing, sanding, melting, reshaping, or otherwise modifying a shield contrary to the instructions;
damage caused by forcing a shield into footwear outside its stated size range or into footwear in which it does not reasonably fit;
damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, abnormal use, or use for a purpose other than as a footwear insert intended to help reduce creasing;
damage caused by excessive heat, washing machines, dryers, chemicals, solvents, or cleaning products not approved in the care instructions;
ordinary surface wear, scuffing, marking, discoloration, cosmetic deformation, or loss of finish that does not constitute a crack;
loss or theft;
counterfeit products or products purchased from a third party; or
damage occurring after the warranty period expires.

5. When coverage begins and ends

Coverage begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser and ends one year later.

A replacement shield is covered only for the unexpired remainder of the original product’s one-year warranty. A replacement does not begin a new warranty period.

6. What we will do

If a covered shield cracks during the warranty period, we will replace the affected shield with the same model and size at no charge, including standard shipping.

If the same model or size is unavailable, we may, with your agreement, provide a reasonably comparable replacement. If no reasonably comparable replacement is available, we will refund the amount paid for the affected pair. For a multi-pack, the refund is the per-pair price calculated by dividing the price paid for the pack by the number of pairs included.

Replacement or refund as described above is the exclusive remedy under this written warranty, to the extent permitted by law.

7. How to obtain warranty service

To request warranty service:

Email support@creaseprotectors.com with the subject line Warranty Claim, or mail the claim to the Warrantor at the address above.
Include your order number or other reasonable proof of purchase.
Include a clear photograph showing the crack.
Identify the product, size, and whether the affected shield is marked left or right.

We will provide an initial response within one business day. You do not need to return the cracked shield unless we ask you to do so. If a return is needed, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the reasonable return-shipping cost. Approved warranty service is provided without charge.

8. Informal dispute settlement

We do not require consumers to use an informal dispute settlement mechanism under 16 C.F.R. Part 703 before pursuing rights under this written warranty.

9. Limitation of implied warranties

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE-YEAR PERIOD OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY.

Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

10. Exclusion of incidental and consequential damages

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE UNDER THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING DAMAGE TO FOOTWEAR.

Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including nonwaivable rights under applicable consumer-protection law.
